Privacy & your data

The short version. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or any third-party analytics service. We count how many times each page is opened, and nothing more — see below. We do not sell or share your data. What we keep is what we need to take your order, print it, deliver it and answer questions about it.

What we store on your device

These are kept in your browser's local storage, not cookies, and never leave your device except where noted. Clearing your browser data removes all of them.

All four are necessary for the site to work, which is why there is no "reject" button — there is nothing here to decline. If we ever add analytics or advertising, we will ask first, and refusing will genuinely turn it off.

How we count visits

We keep a daily tally of how many times each page was opened — for example "the home page was opened 40 times on 15 August". That is the whole record.

We do not store your IP address, set a visitor ID, or use any third-party analytics. Because of that we genuinely cannot tell how many different people visited, or which pages any one person looked at — the information simply is not collected. It is a weaker measurement than most sites use, and that is the deliberate trade-off.

What we hold about your order

Contact details — name, email, phone, delivery address. Used to produce and deliver your order and to reach you about it.
Your artwork — files you upload for printing.
Order history — what you ordered, what you paid, its progress.
Messages — conversations with us, a shop, a designer or a rider through the site.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it to complete your job:

The print shop producing your order sees the job and your artwork — not your phone number, email or street address.
The rider delivering it sees your delivery address and name, and only after they accept the job.
Paystack handles payment. Your card details go to them directly and never touch our servers.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing.

Location

The site asks for your location in two places: finding print shops near you, and showing a rider's progress on a delivery. Both are optional, and both work by asking your browser — which means you can refuse, and the rest of the site keeps working.

A rider's live location is shared only while a delivery is in progress and stops the moment it is marked delivered.

Your artwork

Files you upload are private to your order. They are not published, not shown in our portfolio, and not used as examples unless you tell us we may.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and personal details. Signed-in customers can delete their account from their dashboard; anyone else can email us.

We keep order and payment records after account deletion where the law requires it for accounting and tax — the account and its personal details go, the financial record stays for as long as we are obliged to hold it.
